Our oysters are always harvested at the tide right before delivery. They are never put into holding tanks or refrigeration systems until the morning of transportation. Our product is taken directly from the beach then put on ice and delivered straight to your restaurant, truly breathing life into the farm to table movement. Being the 'little guy' allows us to farm small and be able to genuinely ensure maximum freshness and quality of product, every single time.
We sell twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays. Free delivery with orders of 10 dozen or more.
