Join us for a one-of-a-kind 90-minute experience that brings you up close and personal with the magic of tide-to-table living. This hands-on adventure begins with a guided oyster harvest led by the team at Olympic Oyster Co. Learn about our unique tide flats, the art of oyster farming, and sustainable harvesting practices as you gather up to one dozen oysters per adult for on-site enjoyment. All necessary tools are provided, and you’ll receive a professional shucking demonstration before trying your hand at opening oysters yourself. When in season, oysters are served raw; otherwise, they’ll be grilled right on the beach with traditional toppings like garlic butter, lemon, and hot sauce. Relax at our casual beach BBQ setup—rain or shine—with light snacks and a refreshing beverage (beer or non-alcoholic options available).

Children may assist a parent or caregiver but cannot harvest independently.
